Pro Cert has a number of highly skilled registered building certifiers able to assist with the certification of your next construction project. All professional staff are registered with NSW Fair Trading.

Certification of all types of Construction Projects, including the provision of Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Compliance Certificates, Occupation Certificates and the carrying out of critical stage inspections is provided by our team of certifiers.

Pro Cert has also provided certification services to the renewable energy sector with experience on a number of Wind Farms and Solar Farms we understand and can work with the unique requirements of this growing sector.

Provision of certification services to the Government sector is also catered for by our experienced team who are able to carry out the assessments of and issue certificates for Crown Developments under Section 6.28 of the Environmental Plannning & Assessment Act 1979. These services extend through the construction stage for inspections during and at completion of construction and includes the ability to issue the Completion Certificate.

Consultancy Services

Pro Cert provides a wide range of consultancy services to the construction and development industry including but not limited to provision of:

• National Construction Code Compliance Audits on existing and proposed developments in relation to fire safety matters and compliance gap anaylsis;

• Access Audits of existing and proposed buildings for compliance with standards relating to access for people with disabilities in relation to the National Construction Code and Disability (Access to Premises - Buildings) Standards 2010.;

• Provision of advice in relation to interpretation of Development Consent conditions;

• Expert Witness Advice;

Pro Cert provides professional consultancy services in the areas of Building, Health and the Environment to Local Government to assist where staff resourcing issues require it.

Our team are able to provide assistance with development approvals building referrals, Construction Certificate Applications, Complying Development Certificate Applications, Building Information CertificateInspections, Pool Compliance Inspections, Regulated Premises Inspections, On-Site Sewage Management Facility Inspections and Approvals.

This assitance can be tailored to the Council’s requirements being able to be provided both on-premises or remotely.
