Lodge An Application

The following outlines the steps involved in lodging an application for approval of your development with Pro Cert Group Pty Ltd:

Step 1

Contact one of our experienced team of Registered Certifiers to discuss your proposed development and gain an understanding of what approval process best suits your proposed development and your needs.

For our certifiers to give the most accurate and best possible advice in relation to your development it is recommended that you have at a minimum well developed preliminary architectural plans prepared and ready to provide to the certifier so that they can undertake a preliminary assessment if necessary. If a preliminary assessment process is deemed necessary by our certifier they will explain this process to you.

Step 2

Once you have established with our certifiers what approval process is appropriate chose the appropriate checklist below which gives a basic outline of the minimum information that is to be submitted as part of your application for approval. If you have any questions about the information that is detailed on the checklist that relates to your approval and development type then please discuss these with your certifier as they can provide further advice that is more specific to your development.

Step 3

Once you have you application documentation collated together then it is now time to lodge your application via the NSW Planning Portal. The NSW Planning Portal can be accessed via the “Lodge an Application” button below.

Please note that as of 1 July 2021 all applications for Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates & appointments of Principle Certifiers must be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal and it is not possible for Pro Cert Group Pty Ltd to accept these applications via email.
