Request a Quote & Lodge an Application

The following outlines the steps for requesting a quote for an application for approval of your development with Pro Cert Group Pty Ltd:

Step 1

Before lodgement of any application via the NSW Planning Portal a ‘Request a Quote’ form should be completed prior to following Steps 2 & 3.

On receiving your quote request one of our experienced team of Registered Building Surveyors will be in touch to discuss your proposed development and gain an understanding of what approval process best suits your proposed development and needs.

For our Building Surveyors to give the most accurate and best possible advice in relation to your development it is recommended that you have at minimum a well developed preliminary architectural plans prepared and ready to provide to the Building Surveyor so that they can undertake a preliminary assessment if applicable to your requested services. If a preliminary assessment process is deemed necessary by our Building Surveyor they will explain this process to you.‍ ‍

Step 2

Once you have established with our Building Surveyors what approval process is appropriate they can also provide you with a checklist of information to be submitted with your application via the NSW Planning Portal that is tailored to your proposed development and approval process type.

If you have any questions about the information that is detailed on the checklist that relates to your approval and development then please discuss these with your Building Surveyor contact as they can provide further advice specific to your situation.

Step 3

Once you have the application documentation collated it is now time to lodge your application via the NSW Planning Portal. The NSW Planning Portal can be accessed via the “Lodge an Application” button below.

Please note that as of 1 July 2021 all applications for Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates & appointments of Principal Certifiers must be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal and it is not possible for Pro Cert Group Pty Ltd to accept these applications via email.
